By accessing or using RSVPlite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Account and Credits

RSVPlite operates on a credit-based system:

Free Tier:

  • 100 Guest Credits
  • Unlimited Events
  • All core features

Paid Tier ($10 one-time):

  • 500 Guest Credits (each guest added uses one credit)
  • 200 Email Notifications (each email sent uses one credit)
  • Unlimited Events

Credits are consumed as you use the service. Unused credits never expire.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All sales are final - no refunds unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Upload malicious content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Violate any laws or third-party rights

5. Disclaimer

RSVPlite is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
